Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ProDablr ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use prodablr.com (the "Site").
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. We collect information you voluntarily submit through the Site, including:
- your email address when you join the waitlist for updates;
- business details you submit when requesting a provider listing (such as business name, contact information, location, and description of offerings); and
- information you include in a correction or removal request.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we collect usage and device information through analytics tools, including pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type, and referring pages. We use this to understand how the Site is used and to improve it.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and the Site does not require an account.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- operate, maintain, and improve the Site and directory;
- send you updates you signed up for (such as waitlist emails);
- review and act on provider listing submissions and correction/removal requests;
- measure Site usage, including which providers receive interest through the Site;
- protect the Site against abuse and fraud; and
- comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers that help us operate the Site, including analytics (PostHog), email delivery (Resend), and hosting infrastructure. These providers process information on our behalf.
- Providers you ask us to contact on your behalf, if a Site feature explicitly does so.
- Legal and safety recipients, if required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Site.
- A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to previously collected information.
4. Cookies and Analytics
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) to support analytics. Our analytics provider, PostHog, helps us understand aggregate usage patterns. You can limit or block cookies through your browser settings; the Site will still function if you do.
5. Data Retention
We keep waitlist information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep provider submission and correction/removal records as long as needed to maintain the directory and document our handling of requests. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's standard retention settings.
6. Your Choices and Rights
- Email updates: you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.
- Access, correction, deletion: you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@prodablr.com. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.
- Provider listings: if you represent a listed business, you may request corrections or removal as described in our Terms of Service.
7. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
