Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using prodablr.com (the "Site"), operated by ProDablr ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What ProDablr Is

ProDablr is an independent online directory of creative studios, schools, instructors, and workspaces in New York City. The Site helps you discover providers and links you to their own websites and contact channels.

ProDablr does not currently process bookings, reservations, or payments. Any class, session, rental, or other service you arrange with a provider is arranged directly between you and that provider, on that provider's own terms. ProDablr is not a party to those arrangements.

3. Independent Providers; No Endorsement

Providers listed on the Site are independent businesses and individuals. They are not employed by, partnered with, sponsored by, or endorsed by ProDablr. A listing on the Site is not a recommendation, certification, or guarantee of any provider's qualifications, safety practices, licensing, pricing, or quality of service. You are responsible for evaluating any provider before engaging their services.

4. Accuracy of Information

Listing information (including descriptions, categories, locations, offerings, and links) is compiled from publicly available sources and provider submissions. It is provided as a convenience and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Details such as hours, pricing, availability, and offerings change frequently — always confirm directly with the provider before relying on any information found on the Site.

5. Your Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

  • scrape, harvest, or systematically extract Site content or provider data for republication or resale;
  • use the Site to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages to providers;
  • submit false, misleading, or infringing information through any form on the Site;
  • interfere with the Site's operation or attempt to access non-public areas or systems; or
  • use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.

6. Provider Listings, Corrections, and Removal

If you represent a listed provider, you may request a correction to your listing or its removal at any time using the correction/removal request form on the Site or by contacting us at contact@prodablr.com. We review requests and make reasonable efforts to act on them promptly. We may add, edit, decline, or remove any listing at our sole discretion.

Submitting a listing request does not guarantee inclusion in the directory. By submitting information about your business, you confirm the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the Site.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site's design, text, graphics, logos, and compilation of listings are owned by ProDablr and protected by applicable law. Provider names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their appearance on the Site is for identification only and does not imply affiliation. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content without permission, except as permitted for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Third-Party Websites

The Site links to provider websites and other third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRODABLR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY ARISING FROM (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, (B) ANY LISTING INFORMATION, OR (C) ANY SERVICE, CLASS, SESSION, OR OTHER ARRANGEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND A PROVIDER. IN ALL CASES, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ProDablr from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with any provider.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
